  • light wheat flour - about 7 cups;
  • margarine or inexpensive butter - 3 large spoons;

Knead the dough

7. Brush the buns with 1 yolk and 1 tbsp. milk. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.


8. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160-180 degrees. Sprinkle the finished hot buns with water and cover with a towel until cool. If you have some buns left over and they won’t be scattered in an instant, store them in a plastic bag so that they remain soft longer.
